If a number looks wrong, a card doesn't appear or something breaks on FACEIT, please tell me. Bugs that are reported get fixed much faster — especially with the Atlas version and a screenshot.
- Atlas version — it's at the top of the Atlas options page (right-click the Atlas icon → Options).
- Where it happened — match room, lobby, profile, Steam, popup or options.
- What you saw and what you expected, and the steps to make it happen again.
- A screenshot, if you can.

How fast will I get a reply?
Atlas is made by one independent developer, so it isn't instant — but every message is read, and bug reports with a version and a screenshot are handled first.
Can I write in Portuguese?
Yes. English and Portuguese are both fine.
Is my email shared with anyone?
No. Messages are only used to answer you and fix the problem you reported.
